Forma Advisors connects with healthcare organizations across the nation needing guidance and development of their company’s strategic plans and planning processes.  Our service includes a comprehensive process to help identify internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats for an organization.  

The best strategies are developed from our external environment to keep ahead of the market and beat competition.   Every organization needs a roadmap to succeed.  And with the dynamic changing healthcare market that we are in today, that roadmap needs to be versatile, yet very focused.  

The founder and President of Forma Advisors, Michelle F. Marsh, M.H.S.A., is a seasoned healthcare strategic planning executive with over 20 years of experience.  Ms. Marsh has led strategic planning divisions of large healthcare and hospital systems throughout her career.  She is seasoned in both not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare entities and business models.  She most recently launched a Strategic Healthcare Advisory Program for a national healthcare real estate developer who specializes in ambulatory buildings.  

Ms. Marsh is an alumni of both Penn State University and George Washington University.  

She has a Master of Health Services Administration with a focus on healthcare strategic

planning from GW and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State. She is actively involved with The American College of Healthcare Executives and currently is on ACHE of South Florida's Board of Directors.
